In 2010, Parma ham will be once more the main attraction of both the city of Parma and the surrounding production areas.
In a calendar full of things to do, the main event will be, as usual, the "Finestre Aperte" (Open Windows): ham factories will open wide their gates to the public and offer the opportunity to watch the production process and to participate in free wine tastings. A shuttle bus service will be provided, enabling you to reach the participating companies.
Several events will light up the hills of Parma.
The festival will close with a huge party in Parma (17-19 September) with tasting stands set up in the main squares of the city.
